7-Week — Trails & Tea Autumn Reset Program

My Autumn Reset is more than just a hiking group. Starting October 6th, we’ll come together each week to move our bodies on the trails, set intentions and reflect on mindset, and enjoy seasonal tastes that I’ll be bringing along. Each gathering will include a sample dish from the local harvest, recipes to take home, and inspiration you can share with your family, making it easy to bring the nourishment of the season into your everyday life.

  • A seasonal reset blending movement in nature, mindset reflection, and nourishing fall-inspired foods.

    Program Dates: October 6th – November 17th, 2025
    Format: 7 weeks (6 sessions total - we’ll be taking Thanksgiving off!)
    Hiking Dates: Every Monday at 9:30am or 5:15pm

Both groups offer a space to reset, refresh, and align with the season—supporting your body, mind, and spirit as you create routine and balance this fall. 

    MORNING GROUP — Gentle Flow & Connection
    Starts at: 9:30am
    Who it’s for:  Someone who appreciates slower-paced, gentle hikes with the purpose of connection and presence.
    Intention This morning group is all about moving your body in nature with a gentler, softer pace—perfect for easing back into routine after summer. We’ll explore flowy, flatter trails that still give you a solid workout while keeping the experience grounded and enjoyable. Together, we’ll focus on mindful movement, connection, and creating a rhythm that feels supportive for the season ahead.

    EVENING GROUP — Energy & Reset After the Day
    Starts at: 5:15pm
    Who it’s for: Someone who is looking for fitness-focused hikes with a stronger pace
    Intention: Designed for women balancing work, family, and busy schedules, this evening group is a chance to carve out time just for you. We’ll hike a variety of trails and terrain, combining movement, connection, and immersion in nature. Each week offers a reset from the day—a workout for body and mind—while bringing you into community and balance as you step into your evening refreshed.

  • $175 per person for 7-weeks (payment via e-transfer only)
